River Creek

River Creek is private, gated community bordering the Potomac River at Goose Creek. The 600-acre community is a thoughtful integration of the River Creek Country Club’s 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, miles of walking trails and landscapes, and luxurious community amenities. Designed originally as 20 neighborhoods within the community, the diverse, yet tightknit residents of River Creek dwell in single family homes, townhomes and patio homes.

The marina features a launch area for canoes and kayaks while the club offers indoor and outdoor patio dining and a huge variety of activities for members to enjoy.

River Creek offers a vacation-like environment for daily living, with luxurious homes, landscaped yards and community areas, and gorgeous views of the Potomac River. Owners are both members of the River Creek Country Club and the River Creek Owners Association, and pay monthly dues to both. The Association is led by resident volunteers and managed professionally by an outside company. Residents also play a role in the Club committees, planning social activities for all ages.
